Indian Culture
Date Added: October 26, 2007 10:07:48 PMIndia is a secular multilingual country which never fails to awe visitors from abroad. However, things aren't as easy as they seem, for sometimes minor cultural and religious differences do crop up and might sometimes turn into something much bigger. People might argue that, this sort of thing happens in almost every country, but India is a developing country with a mediocre government. The government is more interested about staying in power than doing the people any actual good. The politicians swarm to small villages promising better roads and continuous water supply, but all this occurs, before the election. India also happens to be having an IT boom.
Most people want to take up a computer-science related career due to the promise of attractive prospects, this may not be such a good choice, for there is no guarantee that this rapid uphill climb is going to last very long. India has over 30 states and almost each state has its own unique language, summarizing all this, India is the next World Power.
