Germany
Germany is a country situated in the West Central Europe and shares border with the North Sea and Denmark to the north, Poland to the east, Switzerland and Austria to the south and Belgium, France and the Netherlands to the west. The capital city is Berlin and the largest populated country with more than 82 million populations in Europe. The country has a cool and moderate climate followed by the western humid winds. In summer, maximum temperature exceeds to 30 degree Celsius.
Germany is known as the land of thinkers and poets. Many German poets and authors (Friedrich Schiller and Johann Wolfgang Goethe) have won marvelous name and fame. It has influenced rock and pop music and ranked as the 5th largest market in world. Famous sport is football and in 1954, 1974 and 1990 the FIFA World Cup is won by the national team. Race winning cars and drivers are originated from Germany (leading motor sports country). German is mostly spoken among the people. Christianity is most popular religion in Germany. Islam is also followed by some people.
German Economy is the 3rd largest in the world. World’s top export of goods ($1.133 trillion exported) is the important sector of German economy making it largest in Europe. It is the first country in the world to export wind turbines. Frankfurt is the main financial hub of aviation. Government mainly emphasizes on the development and conservation of renewable energy sources i.e. wind, solar, hydro, and geothermal and biomass.
